A quick guide to booking and auto-booking Urban Sports Club classes. Note: we can’t
guarantee a successful booking — it depends on USC availability and timing.
Getting started
1. Log in & connect USC
Create an account or log in, then open Profile → USC login and enter your Urban Sports Club credentials once. The app stores them securely so it can book on your behalf.
2. Pick your city & favourite venues
On Courses, choose your city and add your favourite venues, so you only see classes where you actually train.
Booking a class
3. Schedule a class
On Courses, pick a day and tap Schedule on the classes you want.
4. Book from Schedule
Go to Schedule and tap Book on a card. The app then watches USC and books the moment a spot opens. Status updates live: Watching → Booking… → Booked.
5. Stop or cancel
Tap Abort to stop ongoing attempts. For a class that’s already Booked, use the Cancel booking button on the card to cancel it on USC.
Autobook (recurring classes)
What it does
Autobook grabs a class you attend every week β even before it’s online. USC usually publishes classes only 1–2 weeks ahead, so Autobook watches for the next occurrence and books it automatically as soon as it appears, week after week, until you stop it.
Add a task
On Courses, tap Autobook on a class instead of Schedule. It’s matched by weekday + time + venue, so the right weekly class is picked up.
Track it
The Autobook tab shows each task’s live status (“Not online yet”, “found & booking”, etc.), how many it has booked, and when it last checked. Checks run about hourly; tap Check now to run one immediately. Pause or delete a task any time.
Alerts
Stay informed
The Alerts tab lists your successful and failed bookings and your total booking count, plus announcements from us. A red badge shows unread items.

Good to know
No-show fee
Very rarely (currently only at one venue) you may get a spot but can’t check in on site, and USC charges a no-show fee. You can get it refunded by sending USC support a screenshot.
